■ Round System
STOLZ’s Round System supplies and circulates dehumidifying air of –50˚C generated by a heatless dry air unit through a closed system consisting of a completely airtight blower,
filter, heater and dryer drum. Because it does not contain complicated processes for recooling or reheating, the system saves on energy and does not require cooling water.
Moreover, it is maintenance-free because the air used for drying is not recuperated and the heatless dry air unit can withstand long-term use without performance losses
caused by special designs.
■ Drying and conveying system
The drying drum is installed separate of the dryer on the molding machine. The dryer itself is small enough in size that it can be located anywhere. With less space demanded by peripherals, production of small molded products becomes more efficient.
■ High degree of cleanliness
Beside the drum being made of SUS304 and polished to a #400 finish, a 25 µm fine-mesh filter enhances the clean factor of this compact machine.
■ Weighing/mixing hopper GM-510
The GM-510 is a compact hopper for weighing and mixing virgin and crushed material. The scale/mixer is enclosed in a glass casing so that mixing consistency can be identified at a glance, mixing ratios are easily set from a dedicated controller. The GM-510 can be directly connected to molding machines and dryers. The structure can be readily disassembled and is easy to maintain.

This pellet tank is applicable with systems that incorporate the GM-510 weighing/mixing hopper.

■ SX-110 Crusher and overflow tank
The SX-110 crusher is applicable for systems that incorporate the GM-510 weighing/mixing hopper. The overflow tank must be mounted on the SX-110 when used.
High Grade Low Speed Axial Crusher SX
■ Line filter GF-10-002,GF-15-002
A line filter can be installed on the molding machine hopper to thoroughly remove dust. Applicable models are GF-10-002 and GF15-002.
The GF15-002 incorporates powerful magnets for removing even iron dust.
Line filter GF/GX
■ Weekly timer
Machines can be started and stopped automatically by simply setting the days of the week and times that the machine should run.
■ Warning lamp
Integrated signal lamp (red) for signaling overloads or temperature errors. Incorporates warning circuitry.
■ Attachments with butterfly shutter
Sets of purpose-specific butterfly valves and SUS attachments are available.
