■ High clean factor
The NC and ND series are low cost models that feature SUS304 drum linings polished to #400 finishes and exceptional performance that prevents the infiltration of foreign matter that can lead to burning or spotting. Moreover, NC series attachments employ butterfly shutters that stop dust leaks. Work environments are not dirtied by dust dispersal to surrounding areas during shutter operation.
■ Simple operation and easy maintenance
Drying is quickly started via simple operations, hence enhancing molding work efficiency. Moreover, the drying drum is structured with wide openings at the top and side so that stock loading and maintenance are speedy and easy.
■ Designed for ease of use
Maintenance has been improved with easy-to-detach/reattach panels, a wide opening for accessing the drum, etc.
■ High capacity models available (Built-to-order)
To support users by providing efficient drying of large-sized molded products, the lineup includes the floor-standing ND-300 and ND-300S with 300 kg loading capacity, and the ND-500 and ND-500S with 500 kg loading capacity. The ND-300S and ND-500S come without a step.

■ Stock feeding to 2 -- 4 molding machines
The NS series can supply dried resin stock to 2 -- 4 molding machines using multiple feed branch lines and air branch valves.
●Applicable only with the ND-10 -- ND-150.
■ Exhaust filter
Removes dust from exhausted air when drying dusty material.
●Not applicable the NE-52.
■ Weekly timer
Machines can be started and stopped automatically by simply setting the days of the week and times that the machine should run.

■ Hopper plate and attachment for installation on molding machine
An installation plate and attachment are separately needed to install NC series dryers on molding machines that do not meet the standard specifications shown in the table, therefore indicate those specifications when ordering.

■ Automatic suction for NE-52
The NE-52 can be modified for automatic suction. This separately requires a ZH-16-RS-A hopper and a loader.
